Core Hardware
Xiaomi is providing a Xiaomi Redmi 4A with a 1.4 GHz Quad-core processor and Adreno 308 GPUon Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC. The phone comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Redmi 4A also supports external SD cards up to 128 GB which is quite impressive. This handset is running on Android Marshmallow and is powered by a 3120 mAh battery. Battery size is really plausible considering phone size and design. This spec combo and battery size can provide a good experience as well as battery life.
The combination of the above-given specs is able to provide a pleasant experience due to its raw power. Xiaomi isn’t just limited to raw power because there are other additional features too. For example, this is a 4G LTE capable handset with 2 SIM cards support which is great for the Nepali market. Redmi 4A also comes with FM Radio, Gyrosensor, Compass, and many other features. It is also compatible with VR headsets due to the presence of a Gyroscope.

These days, one of the most important things about a smartphone is its camera. Xiaomi Redmi 4A sports a 13 MP main back camera and a 5 MP front camera. Both cameras have f/2.2 aperture and can take good pictures or videos. The back camera is capable of recording 1920x1080p videos, and HDR photos at high resolution while the back camera can take decent selfies and provide similarly decent video quality for video calls.

Conclusion
Xiaomi Redmi 4A packs lots of great things inside. It has all the standard features that a smartphone of this time should have. It has a good Snapdragon quad-core chipset, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB storage, a bigger battery, an HD screen, and a 13 MP main camera. We especially love the big battery, body, design, and inclusion of the gyro-sensor. We only expect and ask Xiaomi to have a better processor next time. That can improve the performance a lot.
There are lots of smartphones in the market in this range but they can’t match the calibre and quality of Xiaomi. The camera quality, performance, and battery life are all pleasing and perfect for the given price point of the Redmi 4A. Thus it is highly recommended purchase at this budget segment.
