The Poco F3 GT is a fancy, hardware-loaded phone targeted for performance and gaming. It also has special Maglev trigger buttons just for gaming. Build and Design
The F3 GT is a big phone with a large screen, smaller bezels, and great looking body. It has a dimension of 161.9 x 76.9 mm and 8.3 mm thickness. The phone has a premium glass and metal construction with gaming aesthetics. For example, there is Tactical RGB glow light around the back camera, thunderbolt design flash LED, and Maglev trigger buttons. These are special buttons that also open “Game Turbo” mode. The new special trigger buttons are placed at the right side of the frame to help in gaming. As gaming is mostly done in landscape mode, these buttons help by working as extra inputs. These can be mapped in the game turbo settings for ease.

One thing to notice is that there is no micro SD card support. The Dimensity 1200 is a new chipset with 6 nm lithography and it is a processor made for performance. The Poco F3 GT has one of the best displays in the market. It has a big 6.67″ AMOLED screen with a hole punch at the top. It has a resolution of 1080×2400 and a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The screen comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. This means the phone can provide a super smooth experience for normal use, watching videos, and gaming. On top of these things, there are two other advanced features for display. The screen of the F3 GT has an HDR10+ rating with 500 nits typical brightness and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. The hole punch at the top of the screen has a 16 MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture that can shoot 1080p videos. This camera set can shoot a maximum of 4K videos at 30 fps, 1080p videos at 120 fps, and 720p videos at 960 fps. There is also a 1080p 60 fps setting which can provide smoother results.

The main hardware on the Poco F3 GT is powerful and it is there for performance. In addition to the core components, there are some other features that add more value as well. To start, there are stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. These can provide a high-quality sound experience for gaming and content consumption. There is also a fast 67W charging feature that uses Power Delivery 3.0. and Quick Charge 3+. According to the company, this technology can charge the phone from 0 to 50% in 15 minutes.
