Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is a full flagship smartphone and it has top of the line specifications. The Fold has its hardware distributed in two parts but they work as one. Inside this device, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor with 12 GB RAM. Snapdragon 888 is the best processor from last year and it packs a lot of power. This is a 5G chipset with power enough to provide top performance for all daily work apps, games, AI, and post-processing. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with 256 GB and 512 GB internal storage options but no SD card support. There is support for Nano-SIM and eSIM as well. Nepal Telecom is already on the path to launching eSIM in the market.

Screen and Cameras
This is the most important part of the Galaxy Z Fold lineup. The new Fold3 has a big 6.2″ Dynamic AMOLED at the front with a hole punch. This is a big screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 832 x 2268 resolution, and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It is a tall form factor with a tall aspect ratio but it looks much better than the original Fold. The hole punch at the cover screen on the front has a 10 MP selfie camera that has gyro EIS and 4K 30 fps video recording support.
On the inside, when the device is unfolded there is a massive 7.6″ Foldable Dynamic AMOLED screen. It is a different type of screen because it folds in half and needs to be durable. The foldable screen has features such as 120 Hz refresh rate, 1200 nits peak brightness, HDR10+ rating, and 1768 x 2208 resolution. The screen has an under-display camera which makes the screen look amazing because there are no notch and distractions.
This is a new implementation by the company and it looks nice. Samsung has reduced the pixel density over the camera which allows light to enter into the sensor. Under the screen, there is a 4 MP camera that gets uncovered by turning off the pixels over it after opening the camera.
On the backside, there are three main cameras. First, we have a 12 MP wide-angle primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and OIS. Second, we have a 12 MP ultrawide camera with a 123˚ field of view. Thrid there is a 12 MP telephoto camera with OIS and 2x optical zoom. This set supports maximum video recording at 4K 60 fps, 1080p at 240 fps, and 720p at 960 fps.

Samsung is selling “S Pen Pro” separately in the global market at $99.
This year, Galaxy Fold 3 comes with IPX8 water-resistant rating. This means it is better secured and well built than its predecessor.
