Internal Hardware: Processor, RAM, Battery
As the company wants to target budget gamers, this phone has an Helio G96 gaming processor with Mali-G57 GPU, base 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage, and 5000 mAh battery. The higher-end model has 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. In the case of the battery, there is support for 33W fast charging. Realme is also providing a virtual RAM feature. In the 6GB/128GB version, users get actually 11GB of dynamic RAM which comes due to an additional 5GB of Virtual RAM. In this technology, space of storage is sed for RAM purposes. It is a technique used in PC and we can understand this by simply assuming RAM or storage as the same and they only being different due to speed. RAM is faster than internal storage but as both are space, the work can be interchanged.

Display and Cameras
Realme Narzo 50 has a 6.6″ IPS LCD screen with FHD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 401 PPI pixel density, and 180Hz touch sampling rate. There are 6-level of fresh rates which include 30Hz, 48Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz. On the front side, there is a hole punch on the top left with a 16 MP selfie camera. The backside of the phone has three cameras which the company calls 50MP AI Triple Camera. Actually there are three sensors which include a 50 MP main wide-angle sensor, 2 MP depth, and 2 MP macro sensor.
Having three cameras in total is good and it might sound good but as a reviewer and mobile photographer, my view is that just one ultrawide could have been better. Ultrawide is the most useful camera of all and then the priority should be the depth sensor or telephoto. However, this is what we get. For features, the camera app provides options on the back camera such as slow-motion videos, dual-view mode, film mode, chroma boost, ultra macro mode, etc.
