Snapdragon 660 is a good, popular and capable processor. It has 2.2 GHz and 1.8 GHz quad-core sets. Redmi Note 7 has a very big screen with waterdrop notch at the top. The screen resolution is FHD+ and it is protected by Gorilla Glass on both sides. The 4000 mAh battery on this phone can definitely support this for a long time. There is also Quick Charge 4 which is very good to have. Everyone loves fast charging phones and we all of us want to see them everywhere. It might take few more years to make quck charge more common.
At the back side, there are two camera sensors. The main one is 48 MP with an aperture of f/1.8. Then there is another 5 MP module for depth sensing. The 48 MP sensor is possible due to pixel binning. Using this, we can get better results in low light. Maximum video recording resolution is 1920×1080 with highest fps support up to 120 fps. The camera also has Gyro-EIS which gives good stabilization.
Features and Impressions
On the side of port, there is USB Type-C. We appreciate them using the port and we hope they bring it to other low range budget phones as well. Being an upper budget range phone or entry-mid range phone, there are lots of sensors. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has Bluetooth 5, Compass, accelerometer and fast charging. The sensor list shows that Xiaomi is not being cheap on the hardware or sensors part.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a good octa-core processor for the price and it also supports a sufficient amount of memory and storage. The camera pixel count is also high and it surely helps to capture high-resolution sharp images. In our view, the 128 GB storage model of Redmi Note 7 is very good. Almost none of the other phones in the market offer such configuration. However, the price is a bit higher than India and people are asking the reason. We all want phones in best price such as Xiaomi Redmi Go.
Looking at the paper and hearing from some people, Redmi Note 7 is a good phone with a big display, great feeling body with glass on both sides and a good camera. We just hope, Xiaomi releases Redmi Note 7 Pro in the best price possible in Nepal.
