Oppo F11 and F11 Pro are two new special phones from the company. These are mid-range phones with some special features. The most eye-catching feature is a pop-up selfie camera on F11 Pro. Oppo Nepal announced both phones in an event with one additional special Avengers limited edition phone. The price of Oppo F11 is Rs 37,990 and price of Oppo F11 Pro is Rs 47,990. Customers can get Avengers edition Oppo F11 Pro for Rs 49,990.
In Nepal Oppo F11 comes with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage while F11 Pro comes with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. The additional price for limited edition phone isn’t that much considering the price of the normal Pro model. There are three phones in total which were launched. The Oppo F11 is the cheapest option while F11 Pro is the expensive one. Both have the same screen size and processor but they have a slightly different battery. The biggest difference is the camera and screen.

Pro version has all screen display with no notch and uses pop up selfie camera that arises from the top of the phone. On the other hand, normal F11 has a notch with a camera inside that area. Both have their own approach. Power is the same but the design is the main difference after pricing. People can either choose new tech and design or save Rs 10,000 and still get the same performance.

The Avengers edition is same F11 Pro with a bit different theme and color scheme but all specs are the same. Screen size in both phones is of the same size at 6.53″. The screen resolution is also the same at 1080×2340. Most people are already adjusted to the notch display and as this is just water drop notch in Oppo F11, it is more digestible. Compared to the regular phone, F11 Pro has a far better-looking display as there is no notch and it has smaller bezels. This is possible due to the pop-up camera at the top.

Both phones have the same camera on both sides. The only difference if their placement and implementation. The Helio P70 chipset used in the phones uses an octa-core processor. One set is 2.1 GHz and the next is 2 GHz. The good thing about regular F11 is that it has a very slightly bigger battery at 4020 mAh.
Comparison and Impressions
As both phones have LCD screen, they are not using the in-display fingerprint sensor. So they are using the rear-mounted scanner. The back-mounted scammers are faster compared to in-display ones so we can say there is better security while still maintaining design. There are 48 MP and 5 MP camera duo at the back which can record videos at 1080p maximum.
Company is using “Tetracell” technology to get better low light shots. This is how they achieve 48 MP by pixel binning. The software and improved hardware help to get better night photos and even portrait selfie at night. The selfie camera in Oppo F11 Pro is amazing and it is the attention grabber as it comes out of the body. However, if you want to save a bit of money and have a solid phone with no moving parts, F11 will do the job very well.
Oppo is shipping their new F series phones with Android Pie and Color OS 6. In the features side, we like the fact that there is 20W VOOC Fast Charging. This is a good move and it is where things should be headed. In our view, Oppo F11 Pro is an iconic phone with such a big display with no notch and a pop-up camera. It has a good processor, camera battery and features but if you want less modern design but save money and get the same power then F11 should be a wise choice.
