After a very long wait, Xiaomi Nepal has finally launched the most expected Note 7 Pro. This is one of the best-rated phones of this year. Many Nepalese people were waiting for this. Mi initially told that this is only for China and India but later they expanded to other countries. Some people bought Note 7 Pro from India also. Some bought phones from other companies thinking it won’t come. As they say better late than never, so here we are with this phone. New customers are definitely going to love this.
Mi Nepal is launching both 4 GB RAM and 6 GB RAM models at first. The prices are near to the Indian price. Actually, the Nepali cost is Rs 2,000 more than Indian cost. The Mi Redmi Note 7 Pro Price in Nepal is Rs 24,999 for 4 GB RAM model. The price for 6 GB RAM model of Note 7 Pro is Rs 29,999. This puts this phone above the previously released Note 7. In Nepal, there are two models. One has 4 GB RAM with 64 GB onboard storage. Next model has 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. The 6 GB version is better for people who want to get good benefits of performance like gaming and work. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has Snapdragon 675 which is a very good mid-range chipset. It has 8 cores in total and uses Adreno 612 GPU. This 8 core chip includes 1.6 GH hexacore and 2 GHz dual-core set.

In terms of build, there is Gorilla Glass 5 on both sides. The screen is also big at 6.3 inches with FHD+ resolution. This is great for watching videos, browsing, gaming, and content consumption. The battery is 4000 mAh and it is great because the capacity is large and it gives good battery life. Another great thing is 18W Quick Charge 4 support. This is a very good thing to have on the phone of this segment. Xiaomi has also checked all boxes of ports and features. There is 3.5 mm headphone jack, USB Type C, Bluetooth 5, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and gyro sensor.
Good Camera Power
Note 7 Pro has a 13 Megapixel front camera that can record 1080p videos. There is AI Selfie, AI beauty and AI portrait feature in the front camera. It also provides the AI face unlock feature. Here we want to say that the term Artifical intelligence is being used too much in the industry. Most interesting part is back module because there is 48 Megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture. Then there is another 5 Megapixel f/2.4 depth-sensing camera. The company is using a Sony IMX586 sensor which is a top end sensor. The main camera can even record 4K 30 fps and 1080p 240 fps videos.
It has a really good received camera that captures very high-resolution and well-detailed images. The night mode and low light photography performance are also improved on this phone. It is one of the best phone n this price range that gives such good camera results. The phone uses binning technology to combine 4 pixels and form 1.6μm superpixel. This helps the phone’s camera to take very good low light photos.
Nepali Price, Impressions and Conclusion
As far as the phone’s hardware is concerned, we are very happy. Xiaomi has made a really good phone for the mass market. This is the current biggest market segment. In Asia, most people want the best value for the least price. If we look at the hardware of Note 7 Pro we see a very good processor that is capable of good performance and gaming. The Snapdragon 675 processor and 6 GB RAM can definitely run high demanding games like Asphalt 9 and PUBG pretty good.
There is a good screen and the battery is also nice and big. Fast Charge is there so topping it is also very fast. Design of the mobile is also solid as there is Gorilla Glass on all sides, it is definitely prettier. Cameras are also very good and Mi is using top end Sony sensors. We are happy to see 4K video recording support and better low light performance. For the Note 7 Pro’s Nepali price, there is nothing much to say. It is a bit higher than the Indian price but that is reasonable.
This is a very good phone in the market. And if you were waiting for Mi Redmi Note 7 Pro then here it is. If you need a new good phone under Rs 30,000 then go for the 128 GB model and if you want to get at Rs 25,000 then go for 64 GB model. These are very good phones for their price in the Nepali market. They should have brought it much earlier because the late launch actually cost them many lost customers.
