Lalitpur Mobile Complex inside the Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh building at Lagankhel is organizing Lalitpur Mobile Expo 2074. The event will go on for a few days at Lalitpur Mall starting from September 1st. The mobile expo is being hosted from 1st to 11th of September 2017 or 16th to 26th of Bhadra 2074 BS. We went to the expo on the first day and saw various mobile shops and brands on the second floor of the building. Samsung, Huawei, and Gionee had a good dominance in products and branding during the expo. This mobile expo is supposed to bring customers to the new mobile hub of Lalitpur and create interaction.
Festivals season is now hovering around us. Considering this, Lalitpur Mobile Complex is organizing Lalitpur Mobile Expo 2074. This is the first expo sales of 2017 AD or 2074 BS. We were excited and eager to find out about phones with heavy discounts because the organizers had announced big discounts for the exposition. The shops of Lalitpur Mall want to develop the Mobile complex as the next mobile shopping destination. So they are keen on improving service and reputation. There are more than 40 mobile shops and service centers of various brands currently inside the building.
This festival season is a good opportunity to get more footfall by offering discounts. As Dashain and Tihar are coming, more and more offers will follow soon. Almost all mobile manufacturers and shopping hubs will introduce festival sales in the upcoming days. Last year, the mobile complex took the benefit of the 2073 expo momentum and held a gaming competition. The event was held on September 16th and 17th. It was a collaboration with “Ngamersclub” of Nepal. The game was Subways Surfer and the rules were quite easy. Players could choose smartphones from various options available at the competition and play.
This was conducted for 2 days and the player who scored the highest was awarded. The award was a brand new smartphone. The competition gameplay was also shown on a big screen so that other people could enjoy it too.
We believe that such events can attract more visitors to the mall and the event. Statistically, we know that young people are into mobile gaming and new smartphones very much. Similar competition can help the Lalitpur Mobile Complex earn good customer traction.
