If you have 110V in your home mains then you can set the primary input in parallel to take 110v but make sure your circuit breaker can provide that much current in 110v circuit. In case of your secondary, put the 10 AWG cables of both transformers in series to add up voltage. For the power switch and light indicator, you need to put them in the primary input circuit.

I plan on using a 110v power cord connected to each of the primaries and then i have my secondaries wired in parallel i think. Is that correct and how do i connect a light switch to turn on and off and a small power light to indicate power on.

That is quite thick. It may be hard to put many rounds of wire in the secondary winding with 4AWG. Try to put a bit thinner cable so that you can get around 15 turns and 15 volts.

You need a transformer from oven. It originally steps up voltage but you cut the secondary and wind a new thick coil to step down to about 15 volts from one transformer.
